An all-star cast of musical giants, all fresh from the latest edition of the Experience Hendrix tour, will be performing Jimi Hendrix’s classic “Fire” on the Tonight Show TODAY, Monday, December 6th. The grouping of greats, reflective of the influence Jimi Hendrix has had through successive generations, includes young guitar slinger Jonny Lang, Aerosmith’s own Brad Whitford, Billy Cox of the Jimi Hendrix Experience and Jimi Hendrix Band of Gypsys and Chris Layton of Stevie Ray Vaughan’s Double Trouble.

Experience Hendrix Tour members Jonny Lang, Brad Whitford, Billy Cox and Chris Layton will perform “Fire” on “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” on Monday, December 6th! The show airs at 11:35 p.m. EST. Be sure to tune in!

These include 45 previously unreleased Hendrix concert and studio recordings, some of which are demos, outtakes, and alternate versions of tracks from ‘Are You Experienced,’ ‘Axis: Bold As Love,’ and ‘Electric Ladyland.’
